School's Out FFF Challenge!

Hello, my crafty friends! Today I have a card to share. I saw the new Farm Fresh Challenge over at The Greeting Farm Blog and instantly wanted to make a card for it. I had my new stamp set Never Ever that I had purchased from the Farmers Market sitting on my desk so I thought this would be the perfect time to use the Wendy stamp in the set. Since the first thing I think of when I think of school is books, I figured I'd make a little library scene. So I Wendy right in the middle and surrounded her with different stickers that would portray a book. As if the books were coming to life!:) Then I used the sentiment "Every book is an adventure" from the Studio Calico Memoir stamp set. Thanks for looking!

TGF FFF Summer Challenge

Hi guys, today I have another summery card to share. This one is for the greeting farm Farm Fresh Challenge Summer! I looked through my Greeting Farm Stamps and came across this cutie from the Oliver and Amelia Summer Fun Stamp Set that I hadn't colored up yet so I decided she'd be perfect for my card. This I made a raft(or tried to) so Amelia would look like she's lying on the raft soakin' in the rays out in the pool:) I also added an action wobble behind the raft so it would wobble and look like it was the raft moving in the pool. Thanks for stopping by!

Yumi and Fumi Celebration Card

Hello everyone! Today I made a card for the Yumi and Fumi Handmade Challenge #18 called Time to Celebrate. And the challenge is to make a card with a celebratory theme. Since this challenge ends on June 21st( the start of summer) I decided to make a card celebrating the beginning of Summer! So I used Fumi from the Yumi and Fumi Stamp set. I just love her chill look and love how she's wearing sandals and cargo pants:) So I placed her right dab in the middle of the card(or close enough, lol) then I went a just a tad bit sticker crazy. And I added different stickers around the card. That was that! Thanks for stopping by!

Paper Smooches Sparks Designer Drafts Challenge

Hi guys! I'm here with another card for the Paper Smooches Sparks Challenge. I'm having so much fun joining in on their challenges. This week they have a sketch challenge going on. The sketch is this one:
So I followed but pretty loosely. Instead of the flowers pictured on the sketch, I used circles on the top right hand corner. And I put the sentiment on the left side instead of the right. I made an Antique Shop Card with several of my paper smooches sets; Perpetual Bliss, Market Fresh, Boob Tubes and Promenade:) Then I just picked out some vintagey papers from my stash. And that was that! Hope you can go check Paper Smooches out "HERE"

SOG June Sketch Challenge

I'm back! 3 cards in one day! This must be a record for me:) Today I was organizing my stamps and came across this super pretty Big Wishes Mae Stamp that I had never used! So I went over to the Some Odd Girl Blog to see their sketch for this month. Their sketches inspire to get to cardmaking! Here's the sketch for this month:
Pretty cool, huh? So I just mirrored the sketch and added a little paper clip to the side. I decided to go with really bright colors to go along with Big Wishes Mae:) I also added stickles to the balloons and lots of other elements on the card because nothing says fun like stickles! I also used the sentiment " Did some say cake?" and the candles on the tab from the same stamp set. That's all and I think that's it for cards today=)

Paper Smooches Gold Sparks Challenge

Hello everyone! I'm back with another Paper Smooches Sparks Challenge Card. This week the challenge was to use Gold. Art Impressions Eyelets and Brads Challenge

Hi everyone! Today I have another Father's Day Card to share and for this one I just had to use the Art Impressions stamp, Lazy Boy because he is the spitting image of my dad! I also added the Paper Smooches Tv from the set Boob Tubes. And I just printed out a baseball game and stamped the tv on top of it. So it would look like a baseball game was on. As my dad loves to watch baseball games, or more specifically falling asleep during baseball games.:) I think he'll get a kick out of this card:) I also entered this in the Art Impressions Brads and Eyelets challenge and took out some of my old brads from my stash. I used some small metal square brads and a large square brad and stamped dad on it. Anyways, thanks for stopping by!

Angie Delarie Dancing in the Garden New Release

It's that time again! A new release atAngie Delarie Products! And I am just so excited about this release! The digis are called Dancing in the Garden.
Aren't they great? Love how quirky and whimsical they are! So I thought this was the perfect opportunity to make an explosion box, or my version of it. It's the same as a normal explosion box except I put scotch tape on edges of the 3 walls I wanted to be standing up and adhere patterned paper to the inside so you can't see the scotch tape. I added lots of stickers and flowers to surround these fantastic images, love how much character they have. My idea for this explosion box was a forest with these fairies with the main one with the heart sending you love:) And the other fairies guiding the way in the path. Hope you can go check out the other Design Team members wonderful projects HERE! Thanks for stopping by!

Paper Smooches Picture Perfect Challenge

I am loving the Paper Smooches Sparks Challenges! They just really get me to look at my stamps in a different light. So the challenge for this week was a Picture Perfect challenge. This was the picture:
I went through my Paper Smooches setsand this alien in the ufo from the Space Cadet Stamp Set immediately caught my because his eye just looked like the reinforcements on the tags in the picture. So I stamped them around the card and thought of the sentiment from Toy Story "We are eternally grateful" from the claw scene:) And that's that! Thanks for stopping by!
